Tucked down a peaceful, picturesque lane, in the heart of Ramsgate on Abbots Hill, Bluebirds is an attractive 1820 Georgian 4-story Townhouse.  Abbots Hill is in an unbeatable central  location in the old town, just a couple of  minutes from the marina, and the vast sandy beach of Ramsgate .    The property ideally sleeps 5 + 1 (the 6th bed is a trundle pull-out single) 

The brand newly refurbished interior is decorated to a very high standard in modern plantation style with exotic rare textiles, rattan antiques and crisp white linens, exuding a serene freshness for total relaxation.

Outside on the terrace, your 4 seater hot tub jacuzzi (with plug and play, Tri fountains and LED lighting) provides all year round pampering with multi-jets, lights and built in Bluetooth to relax to your favourite songs.  You can also  find a charcoal barbecue, and comfortable outdoor table seating and lounge area for 6.

Situated on the 2nd floor at the top of the house, up a quirky, narrow flight of stairs, the  master bedroom is light and airy with double aspect and loft skylights (Black-out canopy and eyemasks are provided for those with light sensitivity).  By the pretty Georgian window a comfortable breakfast area is elegantly arranged, and a ensuite bathroom with corner bath is nestled in the corner of the room.

On  the first floor, you will find the second double bedroom, which is decorated in  Georgian style but with a Moroccan influence.  The luxury super-king bed can be converted to full size single beds.  The small third bedroom houses a  comfortable single bed with pullout single trundle ; with beanbag, comfy cushions and smart TV, the room is ideal as a cosy snug .

On the raised ground floor is a light and airy living room space adorned with comfortable  furniture, interesting artworks,  and leather bound books. The antique steamer trunk contains a good variety of  board games.  The dedicated desk and reading area is perfect for work from home days.  A chaise longue provides the ideal place for an afternoon snooze or leafing through the magazines of vintage Ramsgate. 

The lower ground floor, which can also be accessed from the road from a gated side entrance is the ideal entrance after a sandy beach walk, with storage for shoes, towels and where you can flop into the kitchen for a cooling drink or hot chocolate.  

The farmhouse dining table seats six and with overarching lamp offers cosy dinner dining for up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped including oven with grill, washing machine, coffee-makers, Smeg toaster and kettle,  powerful microwave, cake-baking, cast-iron roasters and much more.

Dazzling restaurants by the Royal Harbour, and quaint bars under the arches by the marina are a stone's throw, and the town centre is 50 metres. The award-winning beach, at 300 meters long is magnificent, and can be walked  all the way to Broadstairs (via a coastal path at high tide).
